The Asha series has seemed to appeal to those people who are looking for a basic touch-phone which can run Whatsapp. Yes, even this phone supports Whatsapp even though technically it can be called a non-smartphone. Going by specs, the phone features a 2.8 inches screen with a resolution of 320x240 pixels, which boils down to a low pixel density of 143PPI but is acceptable for a phone of this price. It runs a touch-optimised version of the classic Series 40 interface, so you need not frown at the hardware specifications like the unmentioned processor name and the paltry-sounding 64MB RAM. For storage, there is hardly any internal memory but there is a microSD card slot which supports upto 32GB memory cards.
